USING BRAINWAVES TO MASSAGE TISSUES AND ORGANS
Information from the internet:
1. Alpha waves: Frequency: 8-13 Hz. Recorded during a resting state of wakefulness. They are most intense in the
occipital region (also present in the parietal and forehead areas) with an amplitude of 50 μV when the eyes are
closed. They disappear during deep sleep. The alpha rhythm is associated with a relaxed state of wakefulness and
rest. Alpha waves occur when we close our eyes and begin to relax.
2. Beta waves: Frequency: 14-30 Hz. Amplitude: 3-7 μV (up to 30 μV). They replace alpha waves when the eyes are
opened. They are asynchronous and low-amplitude. Recorded in the parietal and forehead areas. Beta waves are
normally associated with higher cognitive processes and focusing attention in the normal waking state, when we
observe events with our eyes open or are focused on solving current problems. They are also recorded during
rapid eye movement (REM) sleep (dreaming).
3. Theta waves. Frequency: 4-7 Hz. Amplitude: 20-100 μV. In adults, they are recorded during stress, especially
frustration. In children, they are recorded in the back of the head and in the temporal regions.
4. Delta waves. Frequency: ≤ 3.5 Hz. Amplitude: 20-200 μV. Cortical waves occur during very deep sleep.
5. Gamma waves. Frequency: 30-90 Hz (can range from 120-500 Hz). Amplitude: no more than 15 μV. These are
observed during problem-solving, requiring maximum concentration. There are theories linking this rhythm to
conscious thought.
6. κ-waves (kappa). Frequency: 8-13 Hz. Amplitude: 5-40 μV. Recorded in the temporal lobe. Equal in frequency to
alpha waves. Observed when the alpha rhythm is suppressed in other areas during mental activity.
7. μ-waves (mu). Frequency: 8-13 Hz. Amplitude usually does not exceed 50 μV. These have parameters similar to
the alpha rhythm, but differ in the shape of the waves, which have rounded peaks and therefore resemble arches.
Observed in 10-15% of individuals. Associated with tactile stimuli and motor imagery. Activated during mental
stress and mental strain.
In science fiction, I've come across stories where a pilot, using a neural interface (a cap with electrodes), controls
an aircraft with the power of his mind. In reality, I've encountered neural interface developments for the military.
In my opinion, the price of neural interfaces is unreasonably high. Sellers claim that these devices are designed to
train calmness, relaxation, or mental abilities. They even release games where the user of the neural interface
trains their arousal and relaxation. I bought a plastic spider kit (do-it-yourself) on AliExpress, which moved faster
or slower depending on the arousal (gamma waves). However, I haven't found neural interfaces with more
advanced software that would control an object in 3D space across all degrees of freedom. And if such software
even exists, it's unclear how it's controlled. As I understand from the explanations of how a consumer neural
interface works, the chip analyzes the EEG spectrum and determines which waves and what intensity of the six
(alpha, beta, gamma, theta, etc.) are present. If frequencies of 4-13 Hz (alpha, theta) predominate, it indicates
calmness; 8-13-30 Hz (beta, kappa, mu) – mental activity; after 40 Hz (gamma) – this is maximum attention,
excitement.
In his work "Fighting old age" I argued that if we knew the hormone levels for any age, then creating the same
amount for, say, a 40-year-old would produce a person of that age. A mouse experiment in which the circulatory
systems of young and old mice were mixed demonstrated rejuvenation of the old mice. However, I tried to find a
photo of this experiment online, but couldn't find it.
The article "Fighting old age" also talks about mental exercises. I'd like to try the following: combine a neural
interface cap, a brainwave amplifier (I'm particularly interested in gamma waves, which are responsible for
conscious thought), and an actuator in the form of electrodes. The result will be a thought-transformer that
converts thoughts into electrical signals, which, via adhesive electrodes, will act on tissues and organs to
accelerate rejuvenation. I'll report on the results later.

I'd be grateful to anyone willing to contribute to my work with any amount. It will serve as additional incentive for
me to continue my research.
