FIGHTING OLD AGE
No one should die!
Please read my previous work: App of Memory.
Back then, I suggested using an action camera. Now, there are compact dash cams like this one:
Police officers wear similar ones. I propose making dashcams mandatory for children for video-diary and for
safety reasons. When a child comes home from kindergarten or school, the parents remove the SD card and
transfer the contents to a hard drive for permanent memory.
The main goal of the new work is to demonstrate ways to combat nature's programmed aging. As the internet
briefly reports:
Old age is a deterioration of physiological and cognitive functions. Therefore, we must find ways to halt aging and
rejuvenate the body.
They conducted an experiment: the circulatory systems of a young mouse and an old mouse were connected, and
the old mouse became rejuvenated. This means the blood contains substances that make DNA function as it does
in youth. In 2006, Shinya Yamanaka determined that using just four genes (out of the 24 active stem cell genes),
it's possible to transform a human skin cell into a stem cell, essentially returning an old cell to the very beginning
of its life. Until the 21st century, this was thought to be impossible. To be clear, a stem cell is a special kind of zero
cell (my term). As you can imagine, if you were to conduct a similar experiment on the entire body, it would
"collapse," resulting in a shapeless mass. Take a look at the table of active genes in various human organs.
The table doesn't indicate a person's age. I'm sure the number of active genes depends on age. It would be great
to include genes that correspond to, say, age 40.
Genes have their own electromagnetic frequencies. The following experiment could be conducted: suppose a 40-
year-old heart has 1,195 active genes. A person has a diseased heart at age 60. If 1,195 electromagnetic
frequencies were focused on the human heart, the heart's own gene frequencies should resonate, and I think the
heart would become a healthy 40-year-old. First, of course, we need to test this on animals. This is rejuvenating a
single organ. But how can we rejuvenate the entire body? Hormones are the primary means of controlling the
number of active genes. If we know which hormones and in what quantities (and hormone concentrations in the
blood are very, very low) correspond to a 40-year-old, then repeating them at age 60 should produce a 40-year-
old. Recall the experiment with the circulatory systems of young and old mice.
About 10 years ago, the genome of mice was modified using a virus containing four genes discovered by
Yamanaka , and a specific substance was used to insert them into the mice's genomes for several hours. And,
quite by accident, an already sick mouse was rejuvenated. Therefore, the main real conclusion can be drawn:
aging is reversible!
It has been proven that thinking about increasing the strength of a particular muscle increases that strength by a
third compared to using actual exercises.
Yoga can regulate heart rate, facilitate prolonged breath holding, and relieve pain. Throughout human history,
there have been cases where Faith has helped people not to feel pain.
Experiments are underway to grow individual human organs to replace worn or diseased ones as we age. There
are no real results, and it is unknown when this will be possible.
Therefore, don't expect life-extending drugs or organs anytime soon. Cloning is also prohibited.
What should people do when they reach old age? I believe we need to fight the disease (old age) with both
medication and our thoughts.
I'm 64 years old now, and for a long time I ignored my high blood pressure (145/95 mmHg). One day, in 2022, I was
stressed at work and my blood pressure spiked to 204 mmHg . The doctor prescribed cumulative-release tablets,
which I took for a month, but they didn't help. There are medications that lower blood pressure, but after a while it
rises again. I measured my blood pressure with a tonometer morning and evening. I noticed that when I
measured my high blood pressure, I would experience a panic attack (as if there was an "evil person inside" raising
it even more). One day, I was able to breathe an oxygen-helium (scuba diving) mixture, and my blood pressure
temporarily dropped by 20 points. I bought an electrical acupuncture device and a conductive sheet for restful
sleep. There's a theory that the electrical currents generated in the body during agitation can be neutralized by
grounding the body. The Russian academician Mikulin, a friend of the aircraft designer Sikorsky, lived to be 90
after suffering a heart attack at 55. They say that when he scolded someone in his office, he would hold onto a
grounded metal ball. I bought an electric sleep aid because I suffered from insomnia. Funny enough, I was visiting
my son-in-law's parents one day, and we shared half a bottle of cheap brandy. On the way home, it was as if a
high-pressure bubble had burst, and I felt wonderful and calm. Unfortunately, frequent alcohol consumption can
cause other illnesses.
I've tried various methods for reducing blood pressure, and I've come to the following conclusion about the speed
of action of various methods: first place is chemical – medication; second place is physical – electrical (an
electrosleep device, which also relieved an inexplicable headache); third place is mental – self-hypnosis (yoga,
which, I think, reinforces the effect of the previous methods).
While we believe that aging is irreversible, as with age, the body's systems begin to function incorrectly or stop
working altogether, diseases appear that increase biological age even faster (epigenetics).
I repeat, I propose that aging is reversible. While it may be considered science fiction now, let's prove that
rejuvenation is possible. If we get rid of age-related diseases, that will already be proof. How can we achieve
results? No one in the world is looking for rejuvenating drugs, and it's understandable why—they think they don't
exist. Physicists think about atoms and stars, that is, the material world. Yogis, about relaxation and bliss.
For three years, every morning and evening, I've been taking anti-clotting medication (since 2019, when I
developed a thrombosis in my left leg) and blood pressure medication (currently 120/80). I don't specifically list
which medications I take, as I believe it varies from person to person. After breakfast, while lying down, I breathe
oxygen for 20 minutes using an oxygen concentrator. I also have a laser heater on my arm for my heart
acupuncture points.
Laser heater:
Oxygen concentrator:
After the concentrator has finished working, I move the laser heater to my right hand and turn on the
concentrator again for 10 minutes.
During the first 20-minute period, I engage in self-hypnosis, saying out loud or to myself:
99. The blood vessels and blood in the legs are young, there are no blood clots, the valves work perfectly. The
blood vessels and blood in the arms are young. The blood vessels and blood in the body are young, the vessels
and blood in the heart, in the liver, in the lungs, in the kidneys, etc. (I am listing the organs that I know) are young.
The blood vessels and blood in the neck - in the front, inside, on the sides, in the back - are young. There is no
atherosclerosis. The blood vessels and blood in the brain - in the front, inside, near the temples, in the back of the
head - are young. From the tips of the toes, from the tips of the fingertips, in the body, in the neck, in the head, the
blood vessels are young. The blood is young and perky. Nothing impedes the movement of blood - there are no
blood clots, no atherosclerosis. Blood pressure is 120 to 80. A young and healthy heart pushes blood. The left and
right ventricles are young and healthy, the left and right atria are young and healthy, the aorta is young, the valves
in the legs and the heart are young and healthy. The heart is young and healthy, housed in a young pericardium.
Below is a young and elastic diaphragm, above is a young and healthy vagus nerve. My circulatory system is young
and healthy!
98. My skin is young and healthy – on my legs, groin, stomach, arms, back, and shoulders. There are no moles or
warts anywhere. There are no age spots either. The skin on the front of my neck, the left side of my neck, and the
right side of my neck is young and healthy. The skin under my chin is young, and the skin on my face is young.
There are no wrinkles. Imagine a young face, not thin, but a face without wrinkles.
97. My hearing is good, my eyes are young and healthy. My hair is young and black (whatever it was in my youth),
with no gray hair. My hair is young and black under my arms, on my chest, and in my groin. My prostate gland
(Skele's glands in women) is young and healthy. My bladder is young. My genitourinary system is young and
healthy.
96. The brain is young. The brain is young in the middle of the frontal lobe, on the left and right sides of the frontal
lobe. On the left – in the temporal lobe, the brain is young and healthy. On the right – in the temporal lobe, the
brain is young and healthy. In the middle and in the back of the head, the brain is young. The thymus gland is
young, the hypothalamus and pituitary gland are young and healthy. The brain is young in the spinal column. It
controls the nerve cells well. The nerve cells are young and healthy. I feel young and calm.
95. My muscles are young - in my legs, arms, groin, chest, buttocks. The most important muscle is the heart, also
young and healthy. The left and right ventricles are young. The left and right atrium are young. The aorta is young.
The valves in the legs and heart are young. A young, healthy heart is located in a young pericardium. Below is a
young, flexible diaphragm; above is a young vagus nerve. The pectoral muscles are young, the neck muscles are in
the center, left and right. The muscles under the chin are young, on the face, there are no wrinkles.
94. The organs inside the body are young. The nasopharynx is young, the tongue with its receptors is young. The
trachea is young, the lungs with bronchi and alveoli are young. The lungs are clean. The esophagus is young. The
epithelium of the esophagus is young. The stomach is young - in the center, left and right. There are no ulcers and
tumors. The biomass in the stomach is young. The pancreas is young and healthy. The intestine is young, there are
no ulcers and tumors. The small intestine is young, the appendix is young, the duodenum is young, the colon and
rectum are young. The gallbladder is young. The liver is young - left, center and right. The spleen is young, the
kidneys/adrenal glands are young. The connective tissue is young, as is the tissue fluid.
93. My endocrine system is young. The prostate gland (in women, the Skene glands), pancreas, thyroid gland,
hypothalamus, pituitary gland, and thymus gland release hormones of calm and youth into the blood. I am a
young and healthy person.
92. The lymphatic system. From the tips of your toes, from the tips of your fingers, throughout your body, your
neck, your head, the lymphatic system takes waste from the body.
91. The bones of the feet are young, the shin is young, the kneecap and cartilage are young, the femur is young,
the hip joint is young. The pelvis is young. In young bones, there is young blood. The spine is young and healthy.
The coccyx is young, the lower part, middle and upper parts of the spine are young. The disc cartilages are young.
The bones of the hand are young, the forearm and shoulder bones are young. The rib bones are young and
healthy. The collarbone is young. The shoulder blades are young. The bones and cartilage of the neck are young.
The skull is young: the lower and upper jaws are young. The forehead, temples, parietal and occipital bones are
young.
I'm young and healthy. It's important to imagine this state. I believe sleep is the body's way of improving itself (like
rebooting a computer). It can be good for the body, but if you have nightmares, then the reboot isn't successful.
Therefore, before bed, imagine your body has become young, you feel good and happy. On a more cheerful note: I
tried to imagine that my body had been stolen by aliens and they were performing rejuvenation surgery in a
village. I dreamed of the village, but not of the little green men and the surgery. But I haven't lost hope.
Conclusion: you need to imagine yourself as a young person, for example, at 40 (or any age that suits you). I
believe that then a hormonal field will be created in your blood that corresponds to the number of active genes
for your chosen age.
I need $2,000 to purchase equipment to study gene frequencies. Please donate a reasonable amount if possible.

APP OF MEMORY
Almost all of the following can be done right now! Man, if he is really different from the animal world, SHOULD
NOT DIE! Everywhere in the world they were looking for ways to prolong life - these are various drinks for
immortality, containing gold, mercury, etc. In addition to poison, a person did not receive anything, did not
lengthen life, but, on the contrary, shortened it. It is also impossible to "record the brain" on an SD card, and then
transfer the recording to another brain. At present, there is no method to increase life.
What I suggest:
I think a person is his genes (his genome) and his memory! You can attach an action camera to a newborn
child's head and record his life (80 Terabytes will be required, when recording 100 years of daily life, which is
already real in the present tense). If human cloning were allowed, then it would be possible to create a copy of a
human. Example: Suppose there is a record of a person's life. If desired, you can edit it - remove bad deeds and
repetitive episodes (study, work). Create a clone by somatic cell nuclear transfer with the help of a surrogate
mother (in the future, you can use an artificial uterus), and bring up the born child as follows: 1. According to the
"rich" option, an environment is created that the prototype had in childhood, so that the copy lives exactly the
same life; 2. According to the "cheap" option, the child is brought up as usual, but sometimes, he is shown
childhood episodes of the life of the original. Such upbringing lasts until the time of personality realization,
approximately 14 years. In the last year, show the clone the life of the prototype at an accelerated pace and, with
the help of a hypnotist, fix the most vivid memories in memory. So I approached the main thing - I affirm that this
copy will be a young man, with the genes and memory of the person being copied. That is, a way has been found
to “record the brain”! Yes, it's a long time, but it's just time, the main thing is that the memory of a new person will
be exactly the same (there will be more information with the 2nd option) as the old one. People who do not have
action camera recordings can use various sources of memory - newspapers, diary entries, audio, photos and
videos. I propose to combine this information into one video diary, in which the “vague” environment (for
example: houses, faces, nature) can be drawn or overlaid with a photo at a certain scale. That is to create a virtual
video of memories.
Ideally, the memory program should record in real time (via the Internet) everything that a person sees and
hears. Then a person comes home and removes unpleasant moments. Old people who do not have these records
can write down (say) their memories using as much data as possible - what they felt at that moment, the color of
clothes, faces, etc. Recordings must be encrypted so that no one but the owner has access to the recording. In the
future, the program should also record the human genome in electronic form. There must be a Human Databank.
In the cell of the Bank, mother's eggs are stored (this is not necessary with well-established technology), eggs with
the human genome, a record of his life.
At the first stage, I see this matter as follows: a person installs a program on a PC, remembers his life, talks
about it, uploads photo and video materials to this program (that is, it turns out this is a video, audio diary). If he
can’t remember something, but he wants to, then he turns to a hypnotist and, under hypnosis, helps a person
remember as many details as possible! Everything is recorded in the program (in the future I see the creation of a
video emulation of important events in a person's life). If a person wants to edit the memory or record something
new, then he types in a login and password, changes the record.
How much will it cost to create such a diary program?
The human genome is 99% equal to the chimpanzee and gorilla genome. Recently, I thought about how many
people lived on Earth in general. Found the following: in the period from 50,000 years BC. to the present time
there were and are people - 108 billion people. 8 billion live, 100 billion died. Question: where is their experience,
knowledge, who remembers them (I'm not talking about the coming years, but about millennia)? And one more
thing: in the film industry, sometimes a similar actor is invited instead of a deceased actor, and his video image is
processed so that he completely looks like the deceased. That is, you can depict any historical moment, any
person, and everything that surrounded the child at the time of his growing up. Therefore, I argue that if a child,
during growth and upbringing, sees everything that the copied person saw, then his memory will be exactly the
same! If from birth, to record on a video camera everything that a growing person sees, then there are no
problems with showing (video) or creating the same environment as in the video - it all depends on the amount of
money the customer has a live copy. Of course, most moments of life are forgotten, but for this a living person
tells what he remembers, and I think that a hypnotist cannot do without him to “fix” these main moments in the
memory of a copy. On ethical issues: The genome of a person (of a person who has died at the moment - in my
opinion, you cannot bring it to that) is used, who is already living or dead, that is, someone else's life is not
affected. Now, if they try to bring up someone else's life as a copy of a real person, I consider it a crime. According
to religion: God gave life to man, but nowhere does it seem to say that he takes it away. This means that the
extension of the life of a particular person is a charitable deed. I see an obstacle only in the laws of inheritance -
conditionally, the heirs are waiting for "wealth", but it turns out that they receive nothing. But here, in my opinion,
it can be solved as follows - part of the inheritance goes to pay for 14 years of raising a child (you can calculate this
amount, but for now we are discussing only the possibility of such a process), and the “lifting” money necessary for
life is left in for 5 years, a young man.
Some people believe that personality is formed not only by memory, but also by some accidents. Whether this
is so, only experience will show - the birth and upbringing of a clone. For some reason, those who discussed this
issue do not pay attention to the main factor - the genome. I assume that if the genome is the same (as in
identical twins), then the physical brain is the same, therefore, the behavior, the reaction to events will be the
same. In small things (they can do something to "evil" the other), the twins are different, but if you know such
twins, then you will agree that in general (when they do not follow each other), they are the same.
Let's put, mentally, two identical (suppose this is possible) people, will they understand without telepathy
(which, as they say, does not exist) that they are the same? It will be just two identical people.
My friends are not programmers. I think that the program would "shoot" in the market. After all, as I see it, it is
a video (in which faces, buildings, nature are loaded, if there is a photo, video, or drawn), similar to TikTok videos,
only they belong to an individual person, they are his memory. Such a program is used by animators. Most keep
photos, videos of their lives. Just collect it all in one file. I think if a person is not lazy, then he will do it.
And yet, I repeat, 1% of the genome is human (the rest is monkey). In millions or billions of years (if human
civilization continues to exist), the genome of a particular person will be repeated, but without the memory of a
distant ancestor, it will, of course, be a different person.
An American company has requested $10,000 for the creation of this program. Please, if possible, transfer an
amount you can afford. Please email me: proxyda@hotmail.com
